Overview
Gateway to Growth is an internal learning initiative at Grant Thornton UK, designed to guide employees through the firm's adoption of MS Dynamics. I built the microsite in Ceros to house the full learning journey, structuring a large amount of content into something that felt intuitive and easy to navigate rather than overwhelming.
The site needed to hold a lot of content while linking out to SharePoint and the firm's online training platform at various points, risking pulling users out of the experience. The project managers were keen to go visually ambitious, but with so much content to work through I pushed for simplicity instead.
I took inspiration from learning platforms like Skillshare to break the content into digestible sections with familiar UI patterns. I extended similar imagery into the SharePoint pages too, so the experience felt cohesive even when users jumped between platforms. A custom loading animation of the Gateway to Growth logo at the start adds a small moment of personality before the content begins.
