Developed a distinct look and feel for Grant Thornton UK's trainee recruitment, designed to appeal to a younger audience while staying aligned to the firm's existing employer brand.
Grant Thornton UK's existing employer brand was built for a broad professional audience and they needed a dedicated visual identity to attract school leavers and graduates entering the workforce.
The challenge was creating something that felt fresh, energetic, and relevant to a younger demographic without breaking from the wider Grant Thornton brand system. The identity had to work across a wide range of formats including social media and email campaigns through to printed leaflets, pull-up banners, and short-form video.
I developed a new look and feel that uses bold, approachable typography, playful iconography, and dynamic compositions that feel distinct from the corporate brand. The vibrant visual identity helped the firm stand out at universities and school recruitment events, and the templated designs enabled the internal team to scale the campaign efficiently.
