Grant Thornton UK has an ambitious goal to recruit 160 partners over the next two years. To support this, the firm wanted a more elevated online presence that would resonate with senior-level candidates and reflect the quality of the partnership opportunity.
The microsite prioritises easy legibility, compelling quotes and proof points, and full accessibility across devices. Every design decision was guided by the need to feel premium and trustworthy while remaining mobile-friendly and inclusive.
